The Ladakh bucket-list, properly paced. We start with 2 acclimatization days in Leh (Khardung La is no joke), then loop through Nubra (Hunder dunes + double-humped camels), Pangong (yes, the 3 Idiots one), and Tso Moriri (the underrated gem). Flight in and out of Leh.

Day-by-day itinerary
- Day 1
Fly to Leh — Acclimatize
Reach Leh by morning flight. Hydrate, REST. Easy evening walk on Leh market.
- Day 2
Leh local
Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame. Still acclimatizing.
- Day 3
Leh → Nubra (via Khardung La)
Cross Khardung La (18,380 ft). Reach Hunder, ride double-humped camels at sunset.
- Day 4
Nubra → Turtuk
Day trip to Turtuk village (last village before POK). Apricot orchards, Balti food.
- Day 5
Nubra → Pangong
Long scenic drive via Shyok valley. Reach Pangong by evening, sunset at the lake.
- Day 6
Pangong → Tso Moriri
Off-road drive via Chushul. Arrive Tso Moriri, settle into camp.
- Day 7
Tso Moriri → Leh
Sunrise at the lake. Drive back to Leh via Tso Kar. Long but unforgettable.
- Day 8
Buffer + souvenirs
Buffer day in case of weather/permits. Last-minute shopping at Leh market.
- Day 9
Fly out
Morning flight out of Leh.
